Lovely Lashes endeavors to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, Lovely Lashes cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, You will be credited with your purchase price, less shipping, and less a 20% restocking fee. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. If you wish to return your order, please email us at J with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message.
Items purchased from lovelysalonandcosmeticcenter.com, must be returned to Lovely Lashes. Refunds, returns & exchanges for items purchased from lovelysalonandcosmeticcenter.com and can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” Customer.
In an event of exchange, please specify the product(s) you wish to be shipped in exchange for your return. Shipping Details & Charges:
USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service. Please allow 2-4 business days (excluding holidays)for your items to arrive. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses.Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states.
