Please read over our cancellation policy before proceeding to book your appointment:
We require a card on file to hold your appointment for our 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call or text our salon at (949) 548 – 5274 to speak to the receptionist or to leave a message at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule under 24 hours we charge 50% of the service booked at full price.
New cancellation policy starting October 1st ,2019: If you cancel or reschedule an appointment under 24hrs and your card on file does not go through, you will not be able to make any future appointments until previous cancellation/ rescheduling fee has been paid.
